Hamilton Southeastern High School

The HSE varsity softball team kept a close game with Lincoln-Way East but couldn’t finish with a win in the end. The Royals had a total of 5 hits and 1 error. K. McCarter got on early with a triple and locked in the first run by a single from M. Burlingame. A. Richmond allowed the Royals two more runs off a single. N. Wright pitched 3 and 2/3 innings with J. McCarter stepping to help the Royals in the circle. The Royals will travel to Mt. Vernon on Monday for their next game at 5:30pm.
