The Varsity softball team defeated Mt. Vernon 19-2. Grace Swedarsky started on the mound, pitching two innings with 4Ks. Kaleah McCarter pitched the last three innings with 3Ks. The Royals had a total of 18 hits for the evening. Jaycee McCarter went 2-3, with 6 RBIs clocking two 3-run homeruns. Addy Richmond had a single and two doubles. Madison Burlingame went 3-3. K. McCarter went 2-3. Lilly Palmer and Tori Bricker each went 2-2. The Royals are back in action at Zionsville tomorrow (4/14) at 6pm.
