Varsity Softball Takes Home Two Wins from Warrior Softball Invitational

The Royals were victorious on Saturday, April 25th, bringing home a first place trophy from the Whiteland Warrior Softball Invitational. In the first game they defeated Brownstown Central, 12-3. Jaycee McCarter was the winning pitcher with 7Ks in four innings, with only one earned run. Natavia Wright pitched relief with 3Ks. The Royals had 18 hits total. Addy Richmond led with two singles and a 2-run homer. K.McCarter, J.McCarter, Burdick, Fritsche, Feher, and Palmer each provided the team with two hits. For the championship game versus Seymour, the Royals earned a 4-2 win. K.McCarter was the winning pitcher with 5Ks in four innings and N.Wright came in relief with 4Ks. The Royals put up 11 hits and no errors. M. Burlingame had two hits and K. Burdick had 3 hits. The Royals are back in action on April 28th, taking on the Fishers Tigers for a Mudsock matchup at 6pm.
