The varsity softball team defeated Pendleton in 6 innings, 11-1. Jaycee McCarter was the winning pitcher, with Carly McCall wrapping up the sixth inning. The Royals had 14 hits total and 0 errors. Tori Bricker had a double and two singles with 2 RBIs. K. Burdick, M. Burlingame, B. Fritsche, and L. Palmer each had two hits. A. Richmond had a single and a homerun and 4 RBIs. J. McCarter had a 2-run homerun, making it her 10th of the season. The Royals are back in action on Tuesday at home against Noblesville.
