Tonight the Royals Varsity Tennis hosted Carmel for the season opener for both teams, and it couldn't have been closer. While we took the loss 2-3 tonight, we learned a lot about what it will take to win next time. I don't think Carmel wants to face us again anytime soon. Congratulations to Abhi Manikandan for his first career high school win, and to our 2 doubles team of Evan Holderman and Hudson Osswald for their come from behind win. The Royals will be back in action on Thursday at home against conference opponent, Brownsburg.
