Hamilton Southeastern High School

The HSE Freshman Royals opened their season with their first away game at Avon High school - and came away with a 4-0 victory! About 20 minutes into the first half, Will Thompson (#16) found the back of the net for the Royals' first goal of the game. The Royals ended the first half up 1-0 over the Orioles. The Freshman Royals then headed into the second half very strong. Ten minutes into the second half, Will Thompson (#16) connected with a goal scoring shot once again - giving himself a brace and the Royals a 2-0 lead. HSE clearly found their rhythm in the second half and added another goal by Nicky Hutson (#12) which was nicely assisted by Titus Blythe (#25). Then, in the final two minutes of the second half, Titus Blythe (#25) scored a nice goal while being assisted by teammate Isaac Hast (#21). All in all, a great team effort by the Freshman Royals and an exciting start to the 2026 season! Let's Go Royals!!
