The HSE Royals opened their home schedule with a hard fought 1-1 draw vs the Cathedral Irish. HSE struck first in the opening half when #10, Saint Jafri found the back of the net - sending the Royals into the halftime with a 1-0 lead. The Irish came out strong to start the second half and found the equalizer early. From there, it was an even, back and forth battle. The Royals created multiple scoring opportunities but just couldn't find the finishing point. The game ended 1-1. Strong effort from the HSE team against a talented Irish squad.
