HSE Royals started strong vs. the Braves creating multiple opportunities but, unfortunately, Brebeuf scored first from outside the 18 with an excellent shot. The Royals equaled the score after an amazingly well place PK from Ashton Wood (19). Score at half 1-1. The Royals started the second half strong and were able to connect an excellent cross from Ashton Wood (19) to Cooper Perez (8) for a perfect team goal. Score 2-1 in favor of the Royals. HSE continued to battle and create opportunities that unfortunately were just shy of the goal posts. But, in true form, Mason MacEwen (7) continued to take the heat from the defensive opponenst leading to a well-earned PK at the end of the second half.
