Great Saturday of tennis down south when the #2 Royal faced the #5 Center Grove team. It was a tough match up and down the lineup. The Varsity was able to squeak out the 4-3 win as the top of our lineup held up. Winning was: 1 singles - Abhi Manikandan 2 singles - Parker Stump 3 singles - Brady Stump 1 doubles - Logan Foust & Evan Holderman The JV faced the talent and depth of the CG team and while we competed well at every spot, we came up short in the final calculation. Still, we learned and will be better next match because of the experience of this one. Winning was: 2 doubles - Will Newport & Ben Newport 4 doubles - Logan Kominsky & Kellen Retz 6 doubles - Jack Ducey & Griffin Cole The Royals are back in action on Monday as we host Franklin Central and celebrate our seniors.
