Hamilton Southeastern Senior Jack Anderson has been named the HCC Boys Soccer Athlete of the Year by the conference Head Boys Soccer Coaches. The Mid-fielder scored 4 goals to go along with 13 assists for the HCC Co-Champions. His 21 points were good for a 1.6 average points per game. Anderson was an integral part of Hamilton Southeastern’s Sectional Championship. Hamilton Southeastern Coach Chris White says, “Jack was selected as the lone team captain in a class of 15 seniors. On the field, Jack is one of the hardest workers and most positive, vocal leaders to come through HSE boys soccer. As a senior, Jack sacrificed attacking opportunities to play in a more defensive role for the benefit of the team but still finished the year leading the HCC with 13 assists.” Anderson was named 1st Team All HCC, 1st Team All State, and is a two time Academic All State selection. In addition, Jack was named to the ISCA District 2 First Team.
