HSE Girls and Boys Swim and Dive Dominate Avon HSE Lady Royals Swim and Dive Scores: 138-44 Win HSE Boys Swim and Dive Scores: 129-54 Win The Lady Royals showed up to win almost every event against Avon in a 138-44 victory. In a blistering Medley Relay, Naomi Haines (11), Kiley Zoeller (12), Ellason Miller (10) and Mia Hendrson (11) lead a 1-2-3 sweep of Royal finishes. The Royals also had a clean sweep in the 200 Free and 100 Breast events, as well as in the 200 Free Relay event. Kendall Dieckman (9) lead the 200 free ahead of Lacey Huston (10) and Kelsey Graham (12). Dieckman also lead the 100 Breast sweep ahead of Kinsey Bogaards (9) and Huston. Not quite finished, Dieckman was the lead off in the winning 200 Free Relay that included Haines, Ella Chesterfield (9) and Bogaards. Individual wins were also awarded to Zoeller in the 200IM, Haines in 100 Fly, Miller in 100 Free, Henderson in the 500 Free, and Graham in the 100 Back. The 400 Free Relay of Zoeller, Miller, Henderson and Dieckman finished the evening with yet another win. Zoe Rehm was the lead scorer in 1mtr Diving. The JV girls came to dominate as well. Ryan Murphy (11) took the 200 Free, Kaavya Patel (9) took the 200 IM and 100 Back, Anissa Lammie (10) led the 100 Free, and Sophia Listenfelt (11) led the 100 Breast. The Lady Royals head to Brownsburg on Saturday. The Royals won over Avon 129-54 with some big wins across most events. The Medley Relay team of Jacob Frey (12), Collin Huston (12), Jihoon Jung (12) and Zach Marchisin (9) brought the men the first event win of the evening. Jung was the individual event winner in the 200IM and led the way to a 1-2-3 Royal sweep in the 100 Breast ahead of Josh Lawrance (9) and Aiden Stivers (11). Derek Robison (12) was the event winner for both the 200 Free and 100 Back. Both the 200 and the 400 Free Relays won their events. The 200 relay included Camden Bailey (11), Jagger Chan (10), Xander Goss (11) and Frey, while the 400 relay included Robison, Bailey, Huston and Jung. Other notable swims include Chan in the 200 Free, Bailey in the 200 IM, Huston in the 50 and 500 Free, and Nolan Pugh (11) in the 100 Fly. Senior diver Gavin Tucker lead the scoring in 1 mtr diving. The men's JV team team had some great swims thanks to Ryland Williams (12) in the 50 Free and Clive Bourff (9) in the 100 Fly. The men travel next to face off against Brownsburg.
