HSE Girls Tie Zionsville in Final Duel 93-93 The 200 Medley Relay of Naomi Haines, Kendall Dieckman, Ellason Miller and Kiley Zoeller went head-to-head with the Eagles' A Relay team and came out on top with a win. The events for the evening turned into sprints, and the individual winners included Zoeller in the 50 Free, Miller in the 50 Fly, Haines in the 50 Back and Dieckman in the 50 Breast. The Royals 400 Free Relay of Zoeller, Mia Henderson, Kinsey Bogaards and Dieckman capped the night off with another win for the girls. Other notable swims include Miller in the 200 Free, Dieckman and Bogaards in the 100 IM, Haines in the 50 Fly, Zoeller and Henderson in the 100 Free, Izzy Schmitt in the 500 Free, Bogaards in the 50 Back and Lauren Ing in the 50 Breast. Senior diver Zoe Rehm placed 2nd with a score of 212.60. On the JV side, swimmers hitting the wall first include Sophia Croy in the 50 Free and 50 Back, Emerson Bunch in the 50 Fly and Sophia Listenfelt in the 50 Breast. Royal Boys Sprint to a Win Against the Eagles 93-87 Jacob Frey, Collin Huston, Jihoon Jung and Derek Robison led their 200 Medley Relay to victory on Thursday night in a rematch from Conference where they fell short by just 0.01. Jung also took the win for the 200 Free and the 50 Fly, while Huston won the 50 Breast. Other notable swims go to Alden Sealls in the 200 Free, Huston in the 100 IM, Robison in the 50 Free and 100 Free, Josh Lawrance in the 50 Fly, Ivan Semko and Bryce Salvadori in the 500 Free, Nolan Pugh in the 50 Breast, and Frey and Zach Marchisin in the 50 Back. On the JV side, Grayer Belaire dominated the 50 Fly and 50 Breast, sprinting to victory in both events. Senior diver Joseph Justice placed second with a score of 127.20 The Royals are now coming up to the end of their season where they will be competing in either Reserve Championships or Sectionals (Girls and Boys).
