The Royals opened the 2025 campaign with a decisive win over Brebeuf Jesuit, on a perfect evening for lacrosse, almost. Despite the cold, the Royals got things going hot early. None hotter than senior attackman Max Kemp, who tallied a hefty 6 goal, 3 assists and 2 GB's. Kemp's line mate, David Gould played fied general for the offense. The junior had 3G's, 3A's, 3GB's. Junior Captain Kyle Jenkins and Freshman Kody Lougheed both added two goals each. The defense was up to it's usual self. After giving up 2 goals in the first, the Royals locked down the field for the remainder of the game helping secure the 16-2 win over the Braves. Sophomore LSM Vince Putnam had a big night cleaning the carpet, scraping 9GB's up. Jack Fisher had a solid night, adding 2GB's and 2CTO's. Nick Weber went 14-3 on faceoffs to help the Royals (1-0, 0-0) secure possession after scoring. Next game: Wed. 3/12 v. Fishers @HSE JV- 6pm Varsity- 8pm
