HSE 2025 Summer Moratorium Dates (no in-person contact): Friday, June 20 Friday, June 27 Monday, June 30 – Sunday, July 6 Friday, July 11 Friday, July 18 Friday, July 25 For the summer of 2025, the IHSAA has an extended moratorium period, including the standard week around July 4th (June 29th - July 6th) and five additional days for member schools to designate, to be determined by the individual schools. Here's a more detailed breakdown: Standard Moratorium Week: The traditional IHSAA moratorium week, which includes no athletic activities or contact between athletes and coaches, is from June 28th to July 6th. Additional Moratorium Days: Beginning in the summer of 2025, each member school will also designate five additional separate days for a moratorium. School-Specific Implementation: The IHSAA allows schools to determine how to implement these extra days, giving them flexibility in scheduling.
