In the final game of the Castle Invite, HSE varsity softball defeated Floyd Central 9-4. Kaleah McCarter pitched 2.2 innings with 2 strikeouts. Grace Swedarsky pitched 4.1 innings with 10 strikeouts. Offensively, Kaleah McCarter had three singles. Addy Richmond had two singles. Makena Burlingame and Sophia Feher each had a double. The Royals ended the Castle Invite 3-1.
