Welcome Back, Everyone!! Who is ready for some flag football? I know I am. I hope you all had an amazing summer. We start paractice tomorrow. We are ready for the season. 1. Final Forms. Please make sure all items are done and filled out. [../]Link to final forms here there are three parts. If all three parts are not completed, I cannot allow you to stay for practice. A. Physical- must be dated after April 1, 2025, more information is found here. B. Parent Signatures- You will have certain items in final forms that must be signed by parents. C. Student Signatures- You will have certain forms that need to be filled out by students. There should be in email in you school email to complete these. 2. Water- Make sure you are hydrating. It is going to be hot. You will need water. Please bring a fillable bottle with you to school and fill it before we head outside. 3. Practice/Pickup location. - We will meet in room F118 (Lawhead's classroom) on Wednesday August 6th for our first practice and walk out as a group to the actual practice field. We are between the football field and the tennis courts. We are in the discuss grass. We have a green space that is best accessed by door 18. 4. Pick up buddies. -I need several partners to be pick up buddies with the athletes to make sure we are getting to the correct location. Please email me @ clawhead@hse.k12.in.us if you are interested. Thank you to everyone who has signed up. 5. Schedule- Here is a link to the google calendar that we will use for the season. All info that I have right now is on there but is always subject to change. We are still trying to work a few things out as far as schedule goes. it is also embedded below. Our game schedule is linked on the athletics website. Here is the link 6. Equipment needed- Shoes (can be cleats or tennis shoes), mouthguard, black shorts and willingness to have fun and make memories. 7. Parent meeting- Wednesday August 13 @ 5pm in CCA CAFE to go over the season. 8. Sponsors- We could use some as I would love to get new uniforms or a second set of Jerseys in white, so we do not look exactly like other blue schools. If you or your company are interested, please reach out. 9. Cost- We are asking each athlete for $20 to cover the cost of the unified shirt and the mouthguard/case. If you are unable to cover the cost please reach out and let me know. We completely understand. 10. What do we need?- Patience. We are all a work in progress and al doing our best. :-) 11.
