Softball Workouts - Strength and Conditioning

Attention: Any athletes interested in trying out for softball... In the past, softball has worked with Coach K (our wonderful strength coach) after school twice a week. There has been a change for this school year. After school is no longer a possibility. For those athletes not enrolled in APC during the school day, there will be a “Breakfast Club” (morning weights for athletes) that starts next week every Tuesday and Thursday. We will meet in the weight room at 6:30am and finish around 8am with Coach K. **To be eligible, please be sure to have your FinalForms filled out online (see the hseathletics.com website) and an updated physical on file. Please wear HSE appropriate gear and tennis shoes. You may bring your own water bottle. Because there are staff meetings those days, softball coaches that are also teachers will try to pop in when possible. Other coaches will be present. **There will be a QR code for athletes to sign in with so we can see what athletes of are making it to Breakfast Club. If you have any questions, please see Coach K or Coach Pusti. Reminder: There will be no after school weights for athletes. This is replacing what we have done in the past. Please be present and put in the work. Off season preparation will set us up for success in the spring! You do not have to attend the Breakfast Club if you are in APC during the school day.
