Hamilton Southeastern High School

The Varsity Boys Tennis team finished second today at the Carroll Invite in Fort Wayne. We faced tough competition all day and played well, coming up just short of the top spot at the end of the day. First off, we played the Barrons of DeKalb winning all five spots in straight sets. This set up a matchup with the #12 Chargers of Carroll high school (on their home courts). We were able to get the 3-2 victory with wins coming from 2 singles, 3 singles, and 1 doubles. This put us in the final with #4 Homestead. We won both doubles spots and while we competed well at all three singles spots, we came up just short in all three. Still a great day of tennis, and a great outcome for the Royals. We are next in action on Monday as we host North Central on the Fishers High School Courts
