The Varsity Royals rolled past Westfield with a commanding 4-0 victory. HSE struck first midway through the opening half when Cooper Perez (#8) buried a rocket from outside the 18 to give the Royals a 1-0 lead at halftime. In the second half, the Royals found their rhythm and pulled away. Ten minutes in, Alfie Pratt (#23) capitalized off of a long throw in to double the lead. Just five minutes later, Jonathan Ramos Perez (#11) shot one into the goal, then followed it up with another goal to seal the 4-0 win. Strong defensive play and locked-in performance from Riley Bedics (GK) secured the clean sheet. The Varsity Royals play again at Noblesville on Thursday, September 18th.
